1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Yugma ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

3.3 Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yugma and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Yugma.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5.2 License Grant

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service.

5.3 Content Restrictions

You may not upload, post, or otherwise make available on or through the Service any Content that:

  • Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights
  • Contains any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yugma, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
